Alcatel brand, TCL, introduces the TCL 950 and mid-range TCL 580
TCL has already introduced a new smartphone into the market and named the TCL 950, the specs that it carries has already caused it to be leaked as the Blackberry DTEK60 more than once before. To cater to other smaller markets and lesser pockets too, they introduced the TCL 580 at the same time. If you are not familiar with the name TCL, note that they are not a starter in the market but are just more popular under the Alcatel name.
To the TCL 950, the 5.5 inch flagship boasts of an AMOLED screen that has 1080p resolution. There is a QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood and this is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage space. On board is a hybrid microSD card slot which you can also use for your small SIM cards. On the back is a fingerprint scanner and 21MP camera while the front design is not complete without the 8MP camera unit and stereo speakers.
For the TCL 580, this one is smaller with 5 inch of screen and powered by a MediaTek MT6750, it has 3GB of RAM married to 32GB internal storage space instead. Having its home button double as a fingerprint sensor, there is a 13MP camera unit on the back working with a front 5MP camera and everything is powered by a 2460mAh battery.
