Alleged pictures of the iPhone 7 motherboard surfaces online
From new photos, we now have our eyes on what has been alleged to be the motherboard for the upcoming iPhone 7 devices. From what we have seen, the iPhone 7 would be making use of an A10 chipset and this would be coupled to a M10 coprocessor.
For the CPU, it is expected to have 2GB of RAM and the A10 processor comes unmarked. Not being the first time this kind of processor has been seen on iPhone units, this one is very close to the SIM port.
From an earlier rumour, we have learnt that half of all the processors that would be used on iPhone units shipping this year would run with an Intel 7360 LTE modem chip under the hood and for the other half, the smartphone giant would be looking to QUALCOMM.
As we are expecting a launch of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus anytime from next month, there are new rumours that we might have a third of this kind of device to be named the iPhone 7 Pro.
