Another iPhone 6 Plus unit explodes, owner not harmed this time
The iPhone 6 Plus smartphones have been drawing inspiration from the Samsung manufactured Galaxy Note 7 units these past couple of days because with this news we are about to report now, it would make the second time in just a couple of days that we would hear of the units of this iPhone module exploding.
While the first was last week when a unit of this device caught fire in the back pocket of a student, this new one has not caused harm to the user who was asleep as at the time of the explosion.
Plugged in to a power source with the charger that came with it out of the box, the owner from California claimed that she was woken up by the pop sound of explosion and the thick black smoke that the device had started to emit.
Sending pictures of the useless unit to Apple stores in the region, she is bond to get a replacement unit for the phone she was yet to use for up to three months and even though Apple is yet to give an official information, we are sure they are carrying out their own investigations.
