Apple Watch to hit retail stores in two weeks
The Apple Watch has been an issue of debate ever since it’s announcement in September last year. One school of thought believes that the smartwatch will soar high in demand while some segments of the crowd argue the Watch will flop.
Flop or not, the first batch of Watches have come and gone. Apple announced today that the wearable is coming to offline stores proper in “the next two weeks.”
The initial stock went on pre order at the beginning of April and started shipping on the 24th of the same month. The Cupertino-headquartered iPhone maker seems to have run into production issues while producing units of Apple Watch but demand, which thus far is excellent, is much more important.
“The response to Apple Watch has surpassed our expectations in every way, and we are thrilled to bring it to more customers around the world,” Apple VP, Jeff Williams, commented during a statement.
