AT&T releases update to the Samsung Galaxy Note 5
If you are currently resident in the United States of America and you happen to use a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 device which is carried by A&T, then you are in luck because the mobile carrier has released a new update for the device to cover the present month of July.
The update is coming in at a size of around 23MB and is supposed to bring in an android security patch for this month, bumping up the device’s build number to MMB29K.N920AUCS2BPG1.
To be able to receive this update on your device, you should make sure that you are on the latest software version prior to this which has its build number ending in PE6. As with OTA updates, you need not get concerned if the notification for update doesn’t show up on your device screen anytime soon.
You could easily take matters into your own hands and head over to your Settings and manually check for new updates there.
