Back panel of the Huawei Mate 9 leaks, shows another variation
We have already heard that the upcoming flagship from the stables of Huawei would be having two different variants and yesterday, we saw the image proof that one of these would have a curved screen display while the other one would use the flat screen technology that we have been all too familiar with.
Right now, it sees that this is not the only difference that Huawei might be looking to put on the Mate 9 because while the font has some differences, the back has not been left out either.
On the left of the images in this leak is the one codenamed Manhattan and expected to launch in a lot of markets, the US inclusive, and on the right is the one that bears Long Island instead, expected to see a launch in China only.
As regards what we reported yesterday, the latter would be the one to carry the much coveted curved screen while the former would just remain plain. To further add cream to this piece of information, the piece on the right in the images above is smaller than that on the left but we still think that they would still be scald to equal out in the sense of their 5.9 inches of screen.
With a Leica branded camera which we expect to have 20MP on them both, the back is just as interesting to look at as the front is.
