BB Merah Putih launches the Blackberry Aurora out of Indonesia as expected
As we have marked on our calendars, today is the day when the BB aurora gets unveiled officially and we have not been disappointed in that regards. BB Merah Putih, the company that hold the rights to make and sell BB smartphones in Indonesia, have made the official announcement that we have been waiting for, and it is a first of many. Not only is this unit the first BB device to be made in Indonesia, it also happens to be the first one from the OEM to support dual SIMs.
For the specs, the BB Aurora does well with a snapdragon 425 chipsets under the hood which is paired to 4GB of RAM and an internal storage space of 32GB. Likewise, the 5.2-inch unit has a camera sensor of 13MP on the back and on the front, an 8MP shooter. Given that Blackberry is impressive with their cameras, we expect thee sensors to be great. Running the Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box, the device which has a price tag of around $260 is expected to sell in black, silver and gold colour across Indonesia.
