BLU Vivo XL 2 gets FCC certification, leaks images and reveals a handful of specs
The BLU Vivo XL has been holding the fort for quite some time now, and it seems that BLU is just about to give us a successor to this unit. Following the already established naming system, this one has been called the Vivo XL 2 and even though the official launch date is yet to be announced, we have seen it show up on FCC for a certification. The image leaked the device in white, confirming at least one of the colour options that we should be expecting.
From the image, we also got more information as to the positioning of the cameras and flash device. To cap it all off, we got to know from the FCC listing that there would be support for a microSD card.
Expected to run on the Android OS platform, there was no specific information as to the exact software it is packing, but we would be disappointed to see anything lesser than the Marshmallow 6.0 doing its business in there. For those that have not been following this smartphone, it is also expected to carry a MediaTek chipset under the 5.5 inch of screen, all powered by the 3150mAh battery.
