Boy kills father and mother because of seized smartphone
A 16-year-old boy has told a US court in Virginia that he murdered his parents because he hates his parents doling out punishments on him such as “like my dad taking away my iPod and stuff”.
The teenager pleaded guilty of murder on two counts of second degree murder on Thursday when he was tried as an adult after series of psychological tests found him sane and positive.
How did it begin?
On a sunny 18th December 2013 afternoon, Vincent Parker, a very bright student returned to his family’s Norfolk home earlier than usual. He was the only child of Carol Parker (57) and Wayne Parker (55) and his parents were keen on raising him up to useful to the society.
But it turned out Vincent wasn’t as cool as his parents thought. When his mum returned from work that day, she was met with pepper spray from her son. That was followed by some brutalities and other stuff we don’t want to talk about on a phone website (hit the source link for detailed info).
The same fate fell on Vincent’s dad when he entered the house later that day, but Mr. Parker was able to call the police and detail everything before dying in a hospital bed hours later.
No peace for the wicked
Vincent Parker will be sentenced in September and will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars while his class mates turn into businessmen, scientists, and even engineers who manufacture smartphones and “stuff” of which Vincent murdered his parents for.
