Details of $100-priced Lenovo A6600 emerge from TEENA
The Chinese device maker, according to TEENA, recently filed for certification of a phone named the Lenovo A6600 with the Chinese electronic regulation agency. A little research on the A6600 revealed that the smartphone is expected to land at a price tag of $110 or thereabouts. There will be white, silver and gold color flavors and Lenovo will provide Android 5.0 Lollipop update afterwards.
Getting down to the specs proper, Lenovo A6600 was listed at TEENA as having a 5″ HD touchscreen display. Under the hood, there’s 1GB of RAM and 64-bit MediaTek MT6732 chipset. The smartphone will run on preloaded Android 4.4 KitKat and will feature an 8MP rear and 5MP front-facing camera setup.
There’s no specifics on when exactly the device will arrive but as the CPU points out, there will be LTE on board and the device is said to measure 142.8 × 70.9 × 7.5 mm, tipping the scale at 142.6 grams.
