Here’s how Samsung Galaxy S5 sales stack up against other gaints
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has been announced, released and all the buzz seems to have died down but we found something you might like regarding the sales figures of Samsung Mobile’s current flagship.
The Galaxy S5 has sold 10 million copies in it’s first 25 days of availability, but how does it compete with other big shots on the book?
The above graph shows the Samsung Galaxy S5 pairing down with other products of the Galaxy S generation and shows it’s the best-selling Galaxy S so far.
This one shows how Sammy’s flagship for Apple’s fruits as the former is crushed in numbers. The iPhone 5 sold 5 million units in it’s first weekend while the iPhone 5S and 5C jointly sold 9 million units in their first three days of availability.
However, sales numbers doesn’t always mean quality. For example, when the iPhone 5 was released, Apple had it as their sole smartphone product to sell while Samsung had to market other premium products like the Note 3, Galaxy Mega, to mention a few, not to mention lower-end smartphones which share the market share stream of the Samsung brand name and tend to bring flagships like the S5 down to slower sales.
Samsung is said to be making a new top, top notch smartphone which will be called the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime and will be happy to saturate the market with more options before Apple finally releases their upcoming iPhone 6.
