HTC One M9s introduced into Taiwan market, available as from November 20
Taiwan based smartphone company HTC is yet again in the news seeing as the company has been unveiling and releasing devices ranging from the mid-range to premium smartphones. The company in line of the One range of smartphones is out with the unveiling of the HTC One M9s which is actually another version of the HTC One M9e released in China some weeks ago. The HTC One M9s follows on in the design path of its successors with a metal clad unibody build spotting a 5-inch display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels powered by the 64-bit MediaTek X10 (MT6795) SoC made my MediaTek and clocked at a speed of 2.2GHz with PowerVR G6200 GPU. The smartphone is equipped with 16GB of internal storage memory size which is further expandable to up to 2TB with 2GB of RAM and 13MP rear camera packed with the OIS feature while having a 4MP front facing UltraPixel camera. For audio, the smartphone has the BoomSound stereo speakers enhanced with the Dolby audio on the front panel.
The 144.6 x 69.7 x 9.61mm smartphone runs on an Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with a pre-installed HTC Sense custom UI on top supported by the 2,840mAh battery pack. The smartphone I available in Gold, silver and Grey colour variants and is priced at $394.
The HTC One M9s is expected to be available for purchase at HTC stores and other retail outlets in Taiwan as from November 29th.
