Korea gets LG V30 & V30 Plus, cheaper than Samsung Galaxy S8
South Korean tech company, LG, has announced the LG V30 and the V30 Plus smartphones in South Korea, its home country and the smartphone comes to market with a price tag which is seemingly unbelievable.
The South Korean tech company which earlier unveiled both smartphones in Berlin about a week ago failed to release the pricing information until now and it is worth the wait.
The LG V30 will sell in Korea for as low as approximately $841 while the V30 Plus will sell for about $885.
In case you’re interested in the differences between the V30 and the V30 Plus, then, the V30 comes packing 64GB ROM while the V30 Plus packs 128GB ROM.
The question however remains, is the extra 64GB ROM worth your $44 taking into consideration that both devices come with support for memory expansion to as much as 256GB using microSD card.
Pre-order sales for the smartphone begins today 14th September and ends on 20th with the device going on sale officially starting from 21st of September.
For other specs, the LG V30 comes with a 6-inch OLED display with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor running under the hood paired with 4GB of RAM and for optics packs a 16MP + 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP camera on the front panel.
The LG V30 is powered by a 3,300 mAh battery.
