Launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 delayed in Ukraine due to high demand elsewhere
The success that has been enjoyed by the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has finally caught up with it in some markets now as this has greatly affected its availability in such places. Samsung probably didn’t think a lot of people would want the device, not because it didn’t have enough good specifications or great impression, but because of the price tag they have slapped on it and according to this trend, they couldn’t have been more wrong.
In Ukraine, for example, the Note 7 was supposed to be up for preorders on the 16th on August and then start official sales on the 2nd of September as with other markets but now, preorders have been pushed as far as the 7th of September for this region with the official sales coming at the end of the same month.
This is due to the demand that the device has been enjoying elsewhere and for this reason, they would have had to redeploy some of the units they had planned for the Ukrainian market elsewhere.
However, there is no harm in being prepared so should you wish to preorder one, get your UAH 25,000 (some $1003) ready and remember that if you preorder, a free Gear VR is thrown into the mix for you.
