Live pictures of Tizen-running Samsung Z2 crop up
Much has been said about the successor to Samsung’s first released Tizen smartphone, the Samsung Z1. Right now, we can be so sure about the existence of the smartphone as we have visuals to back up the evidence even though the specs are still cloudy.
Alleged pictures of Tizen-running Samsung Z2 popped out on the internet, leaked by an Samsung insider, today. The photos display a round-edged smartphone similar to older Samsung Galaxy smartphones which was stepped aside in recent flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 edge and the entire Galaxy A and Galaxy E series.
Though the photos weren’t accompanied by any specs, a flashback to earlier rumors shows that the Samsung Z2 is expected to pack a 540 x 960 pixels touchscreen display, 1GB RAM, quad-core CPU and at least 2,000mAh of battery power. The handset will naturally boot on the latest Tizen 3.0 monile operating system since Tizen is what the entire Z series is all about.
