Moto G Turbo unvieled in Mexico, to be available November 13
Smartphone company Motorola unveiled another device in the Moto G line of smartphones, this new smartphone the Moto G Turbo Edition has much better specs compared to the previous smartphones in the series. The unveiling was done today in Mexico and the smartphone is reported to be available in stores as from November 13 at a proving of $238 (Roughly Rs. 18,600) but so far, it’s distribution and availability in other regions apart from Mexico is yet unknown.
The Moto G Turbo packs some interesting features under the hood such as the 5-inch full HD display with a 1080×1092 pixels resolution protected using Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating, the smartphone runs on the new Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and a 64-bit Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor packed with Adreno 405 GPU with the processor speed unknown.
The smartphone features a a 5MP front-facing selfie snapper with f/2.2 aperture and 13MP rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 2GB of RAM and a 16GB in-built storage memory size which can be expanded using microSD card. The Moto G Turbo smartphone on the connectivity front features support for dual-SIM, 4G LTE Technology, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, 3G, GPS, and Micro-USB support.
The smartphone is powered by a 2,470 mAh battery pack and is said to be water resistant to up to 3ft for 30minutes.
