New leak suggests November 16th launch for new Vivo flagships
We just started to hear if the new devices from Vivo not so long ago and on one would have believed that they are in for a very fast launch. Named the Vivo X9 and the Vivo X9 Plus, these devices were initially expected to enter the market on the 17th of November but some new posters have changed the date we have at heart and now, they would both be unveiled to us a day earlier than we have been planning for – the 16th of November.
The teaser images and posters not only confirms the dates but also, gives us the gospel as to the front dual camera setup that we have been reporting for a while now, one being of 20MP sensor and the other set at 8MP. For the X9 Plus, it would differ from the base model in t sense that it would have the dual cameras on both the back and front.
For the basic Vivo X9 itself, there would be a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 technology protecting the screen and would be driven by the combination of 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 653 chipset, an octa core CPU and 64GB internal storage space. Out of the box, they would both run on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
