Oppo R1L goes on sale in Malaysia for RM 1,198
The “new” Oppo R1L is already available on sale in the Southeast Asian country at the price of RM 1,198 which roughly translates to $370. With that being said, let’s take a look to see if this smartphone worths the pricing.
Oppo R1L comes with a 720p display that measures 5 inches diagonal in physical size. The phone measures exactly like the R1S so it comes at a pretty slim 7.1mm thickness while weighing only 146 grams.
Powering the smartphone is a quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU and a gig of RAM. The phone lacks an memory expansion slot so you need to utilize the available 16GB ROM to contain your apps and media files. It boots Androif 4.3 Jelly Bean (based on Color OS) out of the box.
Camera-wise, the R1L is equipped with a 13MP rear-facing camera while a 5MP selfie unit sits at the front side. The rear camera can do 1080p videos at 30 frames per seconds.
Finally, the phone is supplied current by a Li-Ion battery with 2410mAh of electricity. There’s LTE and 3GB support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and single micro SIM slot.
