Remix OS comes to the Pixel C tablet and Google Nexus 9
In the December of last year, questions surfaced from online polls where users were asked to give their opinions on whether or not the Pixel C would have a Chrome OS and if this would better suit it. of course, looking at the form factor of this device, one cannot but notice that it looks perfectly optimised for this kind of operating system and it would better utilise this one better than it would android.
Right now, the device now has an alternative of its own and you can actually add it to this build, and this alternative is the Jide Remix OS.Not only the Pixel C device can be run on this new remix though as there is also support for the HTC Nexus 9 device too so if you own one of these babies, you are also not left out of the alternatives. If you would like to go for this alterative, there is a full post on how to go about it from the company which you could easily find on their Facebook page. Although mildly complicated and a bit scary for the first timer, the guide is complete on how best to flash your device with the OS.
