Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will sport massive 4GB RAM, Exynos 7422 SoC — report
In an era where mobile phones are trying to outgun each on paper, Samsung’s Galaxy Note lineup, usually known for their impressive list of specs, won’t be left out this year by any means.
According to insider information we’ve just received, the annually-updated Android flagship series which is set to enter its fifth generation, has 4G of LPDDR4 RAM on deck for this year’s edition, in order to align with industry demands.
Sammobile, the information source, also notes that the Galaxy Note 5 phablet will be powered by a Samsung-made Exynos 7422 64-bit chipset, the Korean’s first “true single-chip solution,” a system whereby the SoC houses the CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, as well as the connectivity modem.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is going to be a large smartphone, however, full details on the handset’s specifications and features hasn’t become clear. The smartphone is expected to break cover in September this year.
