Samsung Galaxy S6 beats out every other phone to become world’s fastest smartphone
Your search for the fastest smartphone has come to an end. According to the results published by TomsGuide, Samsung Galaxy S6 stands out as the world’s fastest phone leaving behind top-notch brand phones like Apple iPhone and Google Nexus.
TomsGuide conducted a test on six latest smartphones in the market – iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy S6, HTC One M9, Google Nexus 6, LG G4, and Asus Zenfone 2. Various parameters were used as benchmark yardstick to measure the performance and assess the speed limits.
Parameters assessed included PDF load time, Gaming, Video Editing, Camera Load time, Geekbench 3, Basemark OS II System, Basemark OS II Memory, Wi-Fi speed and 3dMark Ice Storm Unlimited. Samsung Galaxy S6 nicely coveted the 1st position in 6 of the nine categories establishing itself as the premier and fastest phone present in the market today.
The speedy performance is attributed to the powerful octa-core Exynos 7420 CPU along with the DDR4 RAM. One can easily open apps, navigate through them and even load apps without any time lag. In addition, the UFS 2.0 storage is an add-on feature that aids in fast reading and writing speeds.
While Samsung Galaxy S6 coveted the first position, the next positions were won by LG G4 and Apple iPhone respectively.
