Samsung SM-W700 12″ Windows 10 tablet undergoes testing in India
You may have heard that Samsung is working on an 18.4-inch foldable tablet which will reportedly break cover between the end of this year and the beginning of 2016. Before then, the Korean tech outfit is going to release a more feasible device in the tablet segment according to the information we have on hand.
A SM-W700 device (not pictured) was discovered to have being shipped into India by Samsung for research and development. According to the imports document, a total of 10 units of the tablet were included in the freight, each unit costing 30,383 Indian rupees or about $457.
The document revealed the SM-W700 is sporting a 12-inch display. The “W” in SM-W700 denotes Windows operating system. A little search of the keyword on Google revealed that the SM-W700 is rumored to be powered by 4GB of RAM, a 13 nm Intel Core M chipset and Quad HD resolution.
