Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 breaks pre-order record in South Korea with 200,000 and counting
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 just came out and true to the promise that we have heard that the device would really do well on the market, the smartphone has already started to wow on the market even before its official release for sales. Currently, the Note 7 has broken the standing record for preorders in the South Korean market according to a report from the country.
To be more specific, for now, the company has entertained more than 200,00 preorders for this device alone and that figure was reached in two days.
It doesn’t come as a surprise that the device that was formerly holding the record is also one of Samsung’s – the Galaxy S7. We should probably mention at this point that Samsung has put in a lot of effort into marketing the phone in that country and their efforts are just yielding results.
For now too, Samsung themselves are giving great deals to the early birds on the device as they get to have a free Gear Fit 2 (worth around $177), have a 50% discount should they wish to repair their screen and a gift card that is worth KRW 100,000.
