Spice Mobile offers repairs and accessories for all brands with Spice Spa
This kind of deeds usually don’t happen between 21st century companies that actually do the same thing. Everyone does pretend to be oblivious of the other’s existence while minding their own business.
But that’s not the case of Spice Spa. The new service will offer universal service centers for all mobile devices regardless of the brand. Their stores will be selling accessories of other brands too.
“People invest good sum of money in buying a smartphone but when it comes to accessories like screen guards and skins, or even customer support, they have to look around for places. Spice Smartphone Spa will be a one-stop shop,” Prashant Bindal, CEO of Spice’s Retail business said.
“As the store is located in the heart of the national capital, Connaught Place, scurrying for customer care centers will now become a thing of the past,” he added.
Spice plans to expand the Spas to other cities of India and the company was quick to note that for repairs of some devices which already have special repair plans set out by their manufacturers, “customers can drop their devices and we will send it to the authorized service center.”
