The Tecno L3 and M3 are both successors of the P3 who succeeded Tecno’s revolutionary Tecno N3. The L3 runs an Android OS version 4.1.2 — something many 2013 flagship phones like Samsung’s Galaxy S3 and HTC One are finding hard to get. But that does not necessarily mean that Tecno is up to date with Android OS versions or that you should expect OS updates on the new L3. In fact, Tecno does not provide any OS updates in any of it’s phones(read Tecno, the worst Android-phone manufacturer, ever?).
Tecno sure did a nice job in bundling the L3 with Android 4.1.2 and a 2400mAh Li-Polymer battery but the company haven’t seemed to have broken their ‘curse’ of using 512MB RAMs on their phones. The Chinese phone manufacturer improved the Camera on the M3 by using a 5.0MP sensor so we thought the L3 should have been compensated with a 1GB RAM especially when the two respective phones are sold at the same price.
You can read about the specs., features and price of the Tecno L3 since a full Tecno L3 review is in the works while we hope to bring you titles like ‘Tecno L3 vs M3’, ‘Tecno L3 vs Samsung Galaxy Ace II’, etc., in the near future.
