Xiaomi Mi Note 2 leaks in new images, positioned to be Galaxy Note 7’s contender
Xiaomi are entering the smartphone market with a new device that we hope would break the recent monopoly that has been enjoyed by Samsung’s latest flagship – the Galaxy Note 7 – so far. From the numerous leaks that have come our way as regards this one, we know that we are expecting a powerhouse and if the pricing that has been leaked is anything to go by, this might be the alternative for people to look at if they want to sly the Samsung phablet.
A new image has then surfaced to confirm all the things that we need to know on this upcoming Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and whether this is the real thing or just the clever work of someone that did a good rumour roundup, we are pretty impressed.
Getting into it, the newest leak confirms the previous news that we have heard about the possibility of a top shelf QUALCOMM snapdragon 821 chipset, a massive 6GB of RAM and a great 128GB of internal storage space all featuring on a 5.5-inch screen that will feature curved edge display.
We have also seen over time that there is the possibility of a dual camera setup on the device and on the front, a Force Touch technology. Coupled with a big 4000mAh battery, it has been rumoured that the asking price for this version could be the $420.
There is also expected to be a smaller version of the device that would have lesser specs to this one we have reported and sell for lower too. Should all these be true, Xiaomi might be in pole position to give Samsung a run for their money.
