Xiaomi teases Redmi Note 2 Pro and Mi Pad 2 ahead of Tuesday event
Mobile Tech company, Xiaomi has confirmed an event for Tuesday where the tech company is expected to unveil the new and much expected Redmi Note 2 Pro. Xiaomi has teased the smartphone continuously and this has created awareness leading up to its expected launch. The company with a new teaser showing the Next Gen Mi Pad 2 and a fresh teaser for the Redmi Note 2 Pro shared on Bin Lin, the Co-Founder and President of Xiaomi’s Weibo page. The new teaser which showed the sides of the Mi Pad 2 Tablet appears to confirm speculation of the Pad 2 having a metal body build which much differentiates it from the plastic body build of the Mi Pad. The company has already confirmed the Note 2 Pro will feature a metal build, a fingerprint scanner and also suggested the thin design of the smartphone in the recent teaser.
Images released online have also further cemented what the fans and tech savvy know about the Redmi Note 2 Pro as the device will feature a fingerprint scanner right under the LED flash which is below the rear facing camera of the device. The smartphone which was recently spotted in Tenaa listing is expected to feature a MediaTek Helio X10 processor with a 2GB RAM and 16GB of interbank storage memory. The 5.5-inch full HD display will spot a 13MP rear facing camera with LED flash for lighting and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera powered altogether by the 3,060mAh battery.
