ZTE’s new Nubia phone leaks via Weibo post, reveals possible making and specsheet
ZTE is looking to step up their game on the Nubia series, and for the first time ever, the sub-brand is expected to have a unit with dual camera setup too. Expected to be unveiled on the 21st of march, the phone has already been leaked to be named Nubia Z17 mini but of course, we have to wait for official confirmation before anything.
Right now, there are invites being sent out by the Chinese company for an event on the said date, and we can’t miss a launch then.
Along with the leaked name, a Weibo post was also accompanied by what is to be the full spec sheet of the handset. The Nubia Z17 mini is expected to take the pressure off the Z11 mini model from last year and for specs, we have heard about a 5.2 inch of 1080p screen under which there is either a snapdragon 652 chipset or snapdragon 635 card offering. On the back of the device, there would be a dual 13MP camera sensor unit which is paired to a single 16MP snapper on the front. 64GB of internal storage space is keyed in with support for USB Type C cable.
In all, the unit is rumoured to launch with a 3000mAh juice pack which is supported on the Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 programme.
