ASUS went in big some days ago as the tech company released six new smartphones in the ZenFone line and it appears the tech company is planning more for the smartphone line as it has just revealed that it will be bringing major security updates to the device series.
According to fresh reports, the tech company is planning to bump the smartphones in the line to the latest Android O once it is made officially available by Google.
Recall that Google had earlier in the month speculated the release of the Android OS to come in August and will come with the Bluetooth 5.0 technology to smartphones including the HTC U11.
The ZenFone line will also be getting the ZenUI 4.0 which will be running on top of the upcoming Android OS build.
ASUS is also reported to be planning a major cutback on the bloatware as the tech company is planning on reducing the bloatware apps from 43 found in the ZenUI 3.5 to 13 in the ZenUI 4.0.
