An unannounced Sony smartphone has popped out of the benchmarks sounding very much like a spec beast.
According to GSMArena, the phablet might succeed last year’s Sony Xperia Ultra as Sony is said to have dished the “Ultra” name for something more universal, surrounding the Sony Xperia family.
Now, going by the specs posted, it says a 6.2-inch Quad HD is there; and also 4GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC. The device was tested running on Android 4.4 KitKat.
An alleged picture was also posted of the Xperia Z3X. Though the benchmarks say nothing about the camera, the hardware of the camera seems so large and might be Sony’s answer to Microsoft’s 41MP Nokia Lumia 1020. However, the picture and the camera part remain some sort of mystery for now so we’ll wait till we lay our hands on more info.
