Google is now moving with its new plans to for their system to allow Bluetooth to broadcast its location from its based information from URLs to your user device. The upcoming Bluetooth based feature technology designed so a subway can immediately tell someone when the possible train coming, or nearby parking area and one will be alerted the process of paying when someone parks.
This digital interaction is what Google termed as “physical web” and this has been promised long, but in this coming Chrome update for Android things will happen in reality.
iOS with Chrome already started communicating last year on a certain widget user had to open from iPhone’s screen, but Google’s Android OS get its native integration. So it starts with Chrome, currently now in beta, the Android Chrome will soon start supporting Bluetooth features. So when you are close with the beacon you will then get alert asking to enable physical web, then Chrome will project a list of nearby beacons.
Outside on Apple’s devices, Bluetooth have not been used widely. As the manufacturer of Bluetooth deployed around 1,500 beacons at Consumer Electronics, it shows this year that it help attendees to navigate them fast on showrooms. The mentioned technology has potential to become useful in the future, but irritating. Imagine able to navigate in building so accurately may be beneficial, but the potential on marketers to use this still another way that will grab markets attention.
