After the successful launch of Gionnee’s phone in China last month, reports points out that it is already available in India. Though not officially announced, the Smartphone was on sale by some Indian retailers the price was Rs 13,909 with MRP and retail price of RS 12,999.
Enough for the catchy start let us talk about the phone specifications. Gionee built with 5 inches True HD 720 x 1280p at 293 ppi pixel density. Powered by 64 bit 1.3GH quad core MediaTek MT6735 Soc, has 1GB phone RAM at Mali T729 GPU. It includes 16GB internet phone storage expandable to 128GB using microSD card.
Gionee Marathon M5 Lite has dual SIM capability runs by Amigo 3.0 equivalent to Android 5.1 Lollipop. Comes with 4G LTE internet connectivity (it also support Indian bands). The devices also comes with 8MP rear camera with autofocus bundled with LED flash and CMOS sensor. Before I forgot, the device has 5MP front camera build on board.
In addition to its device connectivity it has GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and MircoUSB. This one is what I like on the phone, the amazing sensors proximity sensors, gravity sensors, and ambient light sensor. Overall it weight 182 grams at 143×69.9×8.5mm.
