Chinese manufacturer, Gionee, seems to be elated at what it has made as the tech company has yet again teased the upcoming smartphone, Gionee M7 device to unveil its bezel-less display.
The tech company went in line with the current bezel-less design as adapted by big names in the tech company to make the Gionee M7 which is also expected to come into the market bearing a dual rear camera setup.
The post spotted on Weibo, China’s largest social media platform hints that the company is indeed gearing up for a possible release of the smartphone in the coming months.
The teaser which was shared online hints that the device will come with extremely thin bezels or no bezels at the sides of the screen.
The teaser further hints that Gionee will be working in partnership with Ofo, a bicycle sharing company based in Beijing to launch the M7.
Not much is known about the upcoming device in terms of specs although it was spotted on GFXBench carrying the model number SW17W08 and hinted to come with the 18:9 aspect ratio.
The M7 has also been speculated to be coming with a 6-inch display and an octa-core MediaTek MT6757 processor under the hood paired with 4GB of RAM and an onboard storage memory of 64GB.
For the optics, the Android 7.0 Nougat running device is expected to pack a 5MP camera on the front and rear panel.
