Huawei’s obsession with harder touchscreen displays got another plus today as the Chinese tech firm pull the veils off a cooler variant of it’s Huawei Ascend Mate7 phablet.
Call this one the Huawei Ascend Mate7 Monarch Edition, it goes with sapphire instead of Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3 technology. The device is going to be available in China shortly at the price of $710 (CNY 4399) against the $600 (CNY 3699) of the normal Ascend Mate7.
Apart from the material used on the screen, the Monarch Edition has everything else on the classic Mate7. So, here’s a rundown of the specs:
