Ahead of the official release of the Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and the Mate 10 Porsche edition, the Huawei sub-brand, Honor, has launched the Honor 7X into the market with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
The Honor 7X comes into the market with an LCD display on its 5.93-inch screen.
The device’s display comes in a streamlined fashion looking more like the 5.5-inch loaded on the 6X and comes with a display resolution of 1,080 x 2,160 pixels.
The device’s screen is covered by a 2.5D glass and comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, same as in its predecessor.
The Honor 7X comes with a 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera sensors and on the front panel, an 8MP senor.
Under the hood, the Honor 7X comes running on the Huawei Kirin 659 chipset which comes with eight cores which is grouped into two clusters and paired with the Mali-T830 GPU for graphics.
The device comes packing 4GB of RAM under the hood and 32GB to 128GB of onboard storage memory with support for microSD card for further memory expansion.
The phone which was launched powered by the Android 7.0 Nougat OS comes with a layer of the EMUI 5.0 and is powered by a 3,340 mAh battery.
