Huawei has added a third smartphone in the company’s portfolio in the United Kingdom for this year. Shortly after launching the over-sized Ascend G7 phablet in Britain, the Chinese tech giant has taken the wraps off a dual SM mid range device called the Huawei Honor Holly.
The smartphone will start retailing on Amazon web store starting from 6th March for £74.99. Perhaps, the most interesting part of the story is that Huawei asked users to share the Honor Holly on social media. More shares meant more price decrease from the initial £109.99 price tag set for the phone. The device eventually got so many shares to stop at £74.99.
Spec-wise, Huawei’s Honor Holly handset features a 5″ HD (720 x 1280 pixels) touchscreen, 1GB of RAM, a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 chipset, expandable storage, 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front-facing cameras and finally, a 2000mAh battery unit to keep the lights on.
