Ahead of the official launch of the Huawei flagship device, Mate 10 which has been revealed to be codenamed Marcel in house, the tech company’s premium device has once again made it online in a new leak which showcases its front panel.
According to the latest leak, the front panel of the device expected to launch officially come October 16 shows off thin bezels in line with the bezel-less design promised by the tech company.
The Huawei Mate 10 comes with a small Huawei logo on the front panel and a fingerprint scanner which has been confirmed to be mounted on the back panel.
The Mate 10 is expected to launch in two variants, the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Lite.
As for the expected specs, the Mate 10 is expected to come packing a 5.99-inch touchscreen with a display resolution pegged at 1,440 x 2,880 and an aspect ratio of 18:9.
Under the hood, it is expected to be the first device to be powered by the new Kirin 970 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB ROM. For optics, the Mate 10 is expected to pack a 12 MP + 20 MP dual camera setup on the rear panel and an 8MP shooter for selfie on the front.
The Mate 10 is expected to arrive running on the Android 8.0 Oreo OS and powered by a 4,000 mAh battery.
