The upcoming premium smartphone from Huawei has been in the news for a while now and it just got juicy as the smartphone manufacturer has announced November 26 as the official unveiling day of the Huawei Mate 8 according to the teasers released by the company.
With rumours surrounding the upcoming device as to the specs and the physical features over time from the various leaks which have surfaced online and the most recent of it showing the back side which undoubtedly looks similar to earlier leaks, the Huawei Mate 8 will feature a fingerprint scanner right beneath the rear camera, this fingerprint is similar to those in the Google Nexus 6P which is produced by the same company. Other information from the Leaks suggest that the smartphone will have a metallic design and with its micro-USB port located on the bottom part of the device, it can only mean the device will not come equipped with the fashionable USB Type-C port with an hint of the smartphone featuring dual speakers for audio productivity.
Considering the immediate predecessor of the upcoming Mate 8, the Mate 7 features a 6-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and is powered by an Octa-core Kirin 950 processor with an international storage memory of 32GB and 3GB of RAM with 13MP rear facing camera. The Mate 7 came in variant of a 4GB RAM Premium version which spots a 64GB internal storage memory and a 16MP rear snapper. The Mate 8 is expected to launch with three variants of 6.2-inches, 6-inches and a 5.5 or 5.7-inch screen feature an 8MP front facing camera and a 16MP Rear camera powered by the new Kirin 950 chipset with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage memory all running on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and a fast charging battery. The smartphone is most likely to be available as from November 26 however the pricing and availability of the device is unknown as yet.
