Bought infinix hot 2 from smat in computer village and was kept as spare phone in a drawer and when I decided to put to use .the phone did not work,was taken back to smat and all attempt to find the problem failed and was later referred to infinix office on 2nd floor of next building,where I was told to pay 13,000 naira before it can be worked on.I Think it is a factory defect.It is supposed to be on warranty but am being made to pay for a phone I have not used after purchase.

This is the worsted phone ever in my life, the ram is extremely slow I don’t even think it’s up to 1gb. Camera 0 battery 0 speaker 0 even to show contact names it’s a problem, sometimes don’t look at what people say to do your own oo. I regretted I buy this. The only thing that is real is {Hot} yes it’s really hot

I have been using the phone a week after it released, but i have problems with it as follows:
1. It doesn’t have file manager and gallery
2. i cannot set alarm
3. i cannot the launcher(Home)
4. i cannot change sim to use for calls from the dialer rather i have to go to settings to change
5. i cannot easily change default settings for my application, like videos, browser office document.
