Smartphone company, Lava has launched a new device it dubbed as the Iris Atom 2X in India. The budget device is an addition to the already existing Iris Series.
The Iris Atom 2X spots a 4.5 inch FWVGA screen with a screen resolution of 854×480 pixels the and is powered by a Quad-core chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz. The smartphone which has the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS running on it is equipped with a RAM of 1GB and also offers an internal storage capacity of 8GB which can be further expanded using microSD card to as much as 32GB.
The Iris Atom 2X spots a 5MP rear facing camera equipped with LED flash for lighting and a 0.3MP VGA front camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone made from polycarbonate with a dimension of 134 x 66 x 9.15mm and weighing 132 grams boasts of features such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS and supports 3G HSPA+ option.
