LG G Vista goes official on Verizon

LG has unveiled the G Vista on Verizon’s Northern American mobile network.

Just like expected, the device is bigger than the LG G3 which it copied it’s design language from, but is more slender in specs than the latter.

The LG G Vista features a 5.7-inch display with 720p resolution. There’s an 8-megapixel rear camera, complete with auto focus and LED flash. In the phone’s front lies a 1.3MP selfie unit. The camcorder can record 1080p videos.

The G Vista runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, courtesy of a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and 1.5GB of RAM. The internal storage of 8 GB (3.76 GB usable) can be further expanded by a microSD card.

Powering the smartphone is a 3200mAh Li–Ion battery which can last 15 hours of usage as claimed by Verizon. For connectivity, the G Vista supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, 2G, 3G and LTE.

Price of the LG G Vista on Verizon is $99.99 for a two-year contract or you can outrightly purchase the phone for $399.99 without any agreements.

  1. LG has officially released G Vista in August, 2014. The handset is available using Verizon’s Edge payment plan only. The phablet is powered by 4.4.2 KitKat android version. It comes with 8 megapixel camera, Quad-core processor, 1.5 system memory, NFC and GPS.
