South Korean tech company, LG, has been revealed to be planning to unveil the 2018 version of the K8 and K10 smartphones for the Mobile World Congress, MWC 2018.
The smartphones, both midrangers will be coming with improved specs and are expected to be unveiled at the event which will hold in Barcelona.
Both devices upon official launch at the event are expected to roll out into the European, Asian, Latin American, and Middle Eastern markets.
The latest report comes almost a year after the tech company released the LG K10 (2017) at CES 2017.
The K10 will most likely come with a a new 13MP camera sensor while the K8 will pack an 8MP camera and a rear-mounted power button cum fingerprint scanner.
There will also be three new color variants for the 2018 variant as the smartphone will be available in the Aurora Black, Moroccan Blue, and Terra Gold options.
The K8 will come packing a 5.0-inch 720p display while the K10 will pack a larger 5.3-inch display.
Under the hood, the K8 sports a 1.3GHz quad-core processor while the K10 will pack a 1.5GHz SoC.
The LG K10 comes also in two extra variants, the “Alpha” and “Plus” with the Plus model coming with 3GB/32GB while the Alpha model, standard K10, and K8 will pack 2GB RAM paired with 16GB ROM.
The Alpha variant packs a lower-resolution 8MP camera.
