2017 has indeed registered itself as the year of smartphones as there have been several smartphones packing a different range of specs released into the market.
The year also witnessed the revolutionary bezel-less designs and in line with this, Micromax seems to be towing in line of the trending design as it has just released a rather cheap smartphone which imitates the Samsung S8 smartphone which was recently released.
The Micromax Canvas Infinity was just announced in India and has been deemed the iPhone 8 killer as the device comes packing an 18:9 aspect ratio along with other specs including a 5.7-inch display. The device which comes packing a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels features 450 nits brightness and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor clocked at a speed of 1.4GHz. Under the hood is 3GB of RAM for faster processing and for graphics, the device boasts of the Adreno 308 GPU chip.
The onboard storage memory is pegged at 32GB with support for microSD card to up to 128GB storage.
For optics, it comes packing a 13-megapixel camera sensor on the rear panel and a 16-megapixel camera unit on the front powered by a 2,900mAh battery.
