The 2015 Motorola Moto X lineup is gradually rolling out globally. In the latest development, the Moto X Play has gone on sale in Europe, with the United Kingdom and Germany becoming the first shores to welcome the affordable phablet in the continent.
In the UK, an unlocked, contract-free Moto X Play unit with 16GB of storage costs £279 while the 32GB model attracts a £319 fee. Coming to Germany the handset’s 16GB version is priced at £279 while the variant with 32GB storage will set you back an extra €50 at €429.
Spec-wise, the Motorola Moto X Play balls with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC with support for 4G LTE, 2GB of RAM and 3,630mAh battery. The smartphone depends on the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system for software.
