Motorola has reared its head into the Mexican smartphone market with a new device which has been named the Motorola G Turbo. The Motorola G Turbo doesn’t seem to be the remake of any of Motorola’s other designs and features some nice specifications to qualify it for the mid-range markets.
Coming with a 5 inch of screen that has its resolution set at 1920 x 1080, the G Turbo comes pre-installed with the Android Lollipop 5.1 version and runs on a CPU having 2GB of RAM. The graphics rendering is handled by an Adreno 405 GPU and the lights are kept up by a 2470mAh battery.
Much further under the hood is a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset and the 5-inch screen is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass technology. There’s 16GB of expansible memory on board and also, a camera combo of 13MP and 5MP for the rear and front compartments respectively.
The smartphone model has been made to be water resistant to a certain extent and comes with support for Bluetooth and both of Wi-Fi and 4G LTE connectivity.
Although Motorola is yet to announce if the smartphone would see other markets, the Motorola G Turbo sells for $283 in the Mexican marketing scene right now.
