Google’s upcoming Nexus device was once again seen at yet another benchmark service after the phone left footprints at AnTuTu and Geekbench weeks ago.
Virtually, what this means is that the engineers at Google are running a bunch of tests on the device to make sure everything is working right in anticipation of unveiling the smartphone next week.
The CPU Z benchmark evidence matches with other previous information we have received about the gigantic 5.92″ Nexus including a Quad HD resolution — which gives the display a 560 PPI. There’s still a Snapdragon 805 chipset used when the device was tested and of course, 3GB of RAM. The code name of the Nexus device is Motorola Shamu as earlier reports depicted.
Other details from the spec blast are self-explanatory from the images and you can read about the whole specifications of the Google Nexus X here.
