Nokia’s partnership with HDM Global after it dumped Microsoft has seen the release of some pretty amazing phones including the Nokia 6 which was released early in the year.
The tech company which has promised to release more devices however looks to be planning the release of the Nokia 8 into the market soon as photos of the smartphone along with expected specs has surfaced online.
The Nokia 8 packs impressive specs in the area of display and under its hood runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.
The device boasts of a 5.3-inch QHD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and display density of 559ppi. Under the hood is 4GB of RAM paired with the octa-core processor and an internal storage memory pegged at 64GB.
The device will also be arriving with a microSD card slot which allows for further expansion of the onboard storage memory space and will come running on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
For the optics, the Nokia 8 is expected to pack a dual camera setup on the rear panel and is expected to be officially unveiled come August 16.
