Nokia’s first phablet (and perhaps the last) is now on sale and guess who gets it first? That’s wrong, not USA, it’s France.
Nokia Lumia 1520 was announced last month alongside a handful of other devices. The Lumia 1520 packs a 6″ 1080p display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection.
Pricing for the device will surely differ by region but for $549.99 you’ll get the Lumia 1520 in the US when it becomes available there by the end of this week. Hong Kong, Italy and Russia will also be getting the Nokia Lumia 1520 this week too.
Nokia Lumia 1520 is powered by a quad-core 2.2GHz Krait 400 CPU, Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 chipset, Adreno 330 and 2GB of RAM. The power is supplied by a 3400mAh battery. It runs Windows Phone 8 OS and there’s a 32GB storage on board, expandable by up to 64GB using a memory card.
