OnePlus has officially started seeding the Android Oreo OS update to its smartphone users coming some weeks after the tech company promised it’s release.
The latest update marks the end of the beta testing phase and the over the air update roll out for the OxygenOS 5.0.2.
The update of course brings users some new features and graphics improvement.
Notable of the newly added on feature on the latest update seeding to the OnePlus 5T users is the new design for the Quick setting feature along with a new version of some system applications on the device.
The latest OS update also squashes and fixes several bugs with the biggest improvement being the fixing against Spectre-style attacks.
The launcher on the OnePlus 5T also got an upgrade as it has been bumped up to the version 2.2 which comes with goodies like dark theme.
The gallery app has also been upgraded to version 2.0 coming with tabs and Maps integration, the Weather app also got an upgrade to version 1.9 and the File manager to 1.7.6.
