The official unveiling of the Oppo F5 has come and gone in the Philippines coming after months of teasers surfaced online ahead of the official release of the smartphone.
The tech company officially took the covers off the much expected smartphone yesterday and it comes packing some of the earlier leaked specs.
As for the display, the Oppo F5 comes packing a 6.0-inch tall 18:9 aspect ratio LCD display with a resolution pegged at 1,080 x 2,160 pixels. The device comes running on the MediaTek Helio P23 processor which comes with eight Cortex-A53 CPU cores and is paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM and the much larger 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM variant.
The device which comes into the market packing a fingerprint scanner on the back panel and a face unlock feature on the front panel packs a 16MP camera unit on the rear panel while as early touted to be a selfie centered smartphone, the device comes packing a 20Mp camera sensor on the front panel.
The Oppo F5 will be available for purchase in te Philippines starting today, October 27 for 15,990 PHP.
